Ethel Chibambo Chomba – Associate

Personal Experience

Ethel is an Associate of the Firm with over 5 years’ experience in good standing at the Zambian bar. She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia. Ethel acquired her Law Practice Certificate from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education and holds a Law Degree from the University of Zambia.

Prior to joining Mando & Pasi Advocates, she gained valuable experience as a legal and compliance officer at Da Cheng Money Lenders. There, she was responsible for drafting and enforcing loan agreements, preparing security documents, and offering corporate advisory services.

Ethel also interned at Chibesakunda & Co. Advocates and AKM Legal Practitioners, where she further developed her legal skills. Her key strengths include commercial awareness, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Ethel’s Litigation experience with superior courts ranges from class actions to corporations. She has also provided services on matrimonial matters from divorce cases to custody and property settlement, employer and employee related issues as well as regulatory compliance. In summary, she has vast experience in general litigation.
