Mando is a Partner of the Firm with over 16 years’ experience in good standing at the Zambian bar. He is an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia, a member of the Law Association of Zambia, Local Government Elections Tribunal and accredited Insolvency Practitioner. Mando also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law and Law Degree (LLB) both acquired from the University of Zambia.
His expertise lies in conveyancing and litigation across various areas, including labour matters, land matters, and commercial matters. Throughout his career, he has represented over 5,000 individual clients in employment and labour-related matters. The latter is one of his main arears of practice and clients live to attest to this unique attribute to date.
His impressive client list also includes major corporations such as banks and financial institutions alike as well as major telecommunications companies in Zambia. Mando has experience in privatization and has in the past played a pivotal role in the management, privatization, and transfer of a named Zambian company, undertakes real estate and housing projects and the winding up proceedings. Currently, he manages the firm’s Lusaka office.
