Denise is an Associate of the Firm with over 5 years’ experience in good standing at the Zambian bar. She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia. Denise acquired her Law Practice Certificate from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education and holds a Law Degree from the University of Zambia.
Prior to joining Mando & Pasi Advocates, she gained valuable experience at Isaac & Partners. There, she was exposed to various aspects of the law ranging from litigation, contract drafting, conveyancing among others.
Denise’s Litigation experience with superior courts ranges from class actions to corporations. She has also provided services on matrimonial matters from divorce cases to custody and property settlement, employer and employee related issues as well as regulatory compliance.
Denise has gained experience in corporate advisory services related to labour and commercial matters. Denise’s key competencies include research and analysis, creative problem-solving, resilience, and self- confidence. Since her admission to the Zambian Bar, one of Denise’s achievements includes successfully representing one of Zambia’s biggest mining conglomerates in various suits.
