Rhoda is an Associate of the Firm with over 4 years’ experience in good standing at the Zambian bar. She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia. Rhoda acquired her Law Practice Certificate from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education and holds a Law Degree from the University of Zambia.
Prior to joining Mando & Pasi Advocates, she gained valuable experience at Corpus Legal Practitioners. There, she was exposed to general litigation and attended to drafting court documents, attending court hearings, preparing clients for trial etc. This was cementing of her previous experience at the Legal Aid Board where she assisted clients with both civil and criminal matters.
Rhoda’s litigation experience with superior courts ranges from class actions to individual matters. She has also provided services on matrimonial matters from divorce cases to custody and property settlement, employer and employee related issues as well as regulatory compliance.
Rhoda also has experience in conveyancing and has helped clients with real property transactions. One of her career highlights is continuous successful representation of one of Zambia’s biggest mining conglomerates in various legal suits.
